Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Not what your ordered? If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can check your order and coordinate the arrangements for the return and replacement of the item.
Got the wrong size? Though we accept returns for apparel, the item must be returned to us in its original unused condition and original product packaging with all tags still attached within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
Need to make an exchange? After processing a return, place a new order for the exchange merchandise to claim the inventory on the website and secure your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Your refund includes the total value of any returned items. Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive products with factory defect or damage, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will coordinate with you on the procedure for the return of the item for evaluation and assessment. We may require you to provide photo and video evidence of the products to expedite the process.

Once we receive the item, we will evaluate whether the defect is indeed manufacturer related. If so, we will ship you a replacement item.
We reserve the right to reject return and exchange of items that we reasonably believe are worn out or damaged through improper use. In this case, no exchange will be allowed, and shipping costs to be incurred both ways - for the item return and the send back - may be charged to the customer.
