Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are computed based on your delivery address and volume of your order. Shipping fees may vary and are computed upon checkout.

All orders are processed after payment confirmation and are only processed on business days, from Monday to Friday. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Confirmed payments before 12:00 noon of a business day, may be included with the packages to be picked up by the courier on that day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped out on the next business day.

Over the counter and bank deposit payments need to be verified within 24 hours before we process your order.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila and sent via our partner courier.  From the time of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays, orders are delivered within three (3) to five (5) business days for addresses within Metro Manila and five (5) to ten (10) business days for provincial addresses.

We strive to deliver your orders within this time frame, but delays may be encountered due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities and weather disturbances, accidents and shipping service interruptions, access to the delivery area or an incomplete address provided by the customer, as well as during peak season and holidays.

We will provide the estimated delivery date on your order confirmation email.

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

Tracking Your Order

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the shipment tracking number. Please check your SPAM folder from time to time as the confirmation emails may be directed there instead. You may also view your order’s tracking information by logging into your account.

You may also check via the courier’s tracking page and type in the tracking details from the confirmation email.

The tracking details in the couriers’ websites are usually updated the following business day but may take up to 2 business days for certain areas. We are not responsible for any delays and inaccurate updates on their websites.
